Within the scope of the 2023 Technical Support Program for Non-Profit Institutions and Organizations, the evaluation of 6 (six) applications made in the period [May-June] was completed in accordance with the provisions of the Development Agencies Project and Activity Support Regulation, and the projects that were entitled to receive technical support were determined.
It is essential to sign a contract electronically within ten working days from the announcement date (28.07.2023) with the applicants whose technical support requests are approved. If e-signature cannot be used, an application must be made to the Agency.
In this context; Within ten (10) business days after the announcement of the evaluation results (28.07.2023), until 18:00 on 11.08.2023, all pages of the Contract Special Conditions and General Conditions documents (all pages by the person/s authorized to represent and bind the institution) signed and sealed-stamped) Uploaded to the relevant section in the Contract Transactions Menu via KAYS and signed with the e-signature method. It must be sent by courier-mail/hand-delivered to the Agency center (Denizli) until 18:00.
The agency may request additional information and documents from the applicant when necessary, taking into account the time required for signing the contract. The right of your institution to benefit from the said support will arise after the signing of the above-mentioned contract. Applicants who do not apply to the Agency to sign a contract within the specified period or who notify in writing that they will not sign a contract are deemed to have waived the said support and cannot apply again for a training/consultancy of the same content for a period of one year. During this period, an additional period of ten days may be granted to contract holders who state that they cannot come to sign the contract due to force majeure. If the submitted documents are false or different from the information and documents in KAYS, no contract will be signed with the applicant.
